The Mother of Cones. Donated by a friend. Cone cut down, closet flange fitted, top plate routed to fit. Assembled for testing. No adhesive holding the cone to the lid. Assembled for testing. Note excessive use of PL Premium. That is what you get when you cut holes with a pocket knife. Top view. Countersunk screws and PL Premium holding front support to top plate. Front view. The Rural King bucket just makes it.

You can see inside the cone through the intake pipe. Exhaust pipe (to shop-vac) is visible. Cart. Wheels from the shop vac, spare half-inch plywood, some bits of 2x4 and some screws. Top edges rounded over with the router. Cart, test setup. Five-gallon bucket is almost full but shop-vac can is empty. Shop-vac filter has a bit of very fine dust in it, but overall is very clean.
